If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services.

3. Products and Services

  • Product Description: We offer a range of 3D printed items, home decor, custom signage, and other unique, handcrafted goods.
  • Customization: Customization is available upon request and may incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the request.
  • Product Variations: Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur.
  • Production Time: Standard production time is between 3-10 days from the date of materials delivery.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods.
  • Full Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made at the time of placing an order.
  • Taxes: Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship to U.S. addresses. Orders are processed within 3-10 days and shipped via selected service by custom or USPS ground.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days.
  • Tracking Information: Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging or with picture proof upon receiving item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or digital items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective with picture proof upon receiving item.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 days after receiving the returned item  with picture proof upon receiving item..
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect with picture proof upon receiving item.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom Work: We offer custom designs based on your specifications. Custom orders require a 100% deposit before production begins.
  • Approval Process: Communication to confirm requests may or may not include a design proof. If a design proof is necessary, one will be sent for approval. Production will not begin until written confirmation is received with or without design proof. An invoice will be sent that also serves as written confirmation.
  • Lead Time: Custom orders require an additional 5-7 days for design and production after material delivery.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, images, logos, and content created by Shop LightBeam LLC DBA LightBeam by Stacee are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without express permission.

9. Limitations of Liability

Shop LightBeam LLC DBA LightBeam by Stacee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur from the use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
